I usually just get my printing from Vistaprint. How are you different?

Vistaprint has their strengths, especially when it comes to quick online printing. When you work with us, you get to work with a real person, which means we can discuss your project needs together, opening up more options to serve you better. We also give you the opportunity for full customization of your printed material (i.e. colors, paper stock, size, etc.)

With over 16 years in the print industry, we have learned a thing or two about ink on paper and we love putting that knowledge to work for our clients. 

We work hard to find the point where fair pricing and high quality intersect to create great value.  This is because we understand that as a non-profit, church, or even a small business, you have a responsibility to spend wisely. Our partnership with great printers allows us to bring you the quality that showcases who you are to your clients.


 

HOW DOES PRICING & PAYMENT WORK?

There is a time and place for surprises. It is our belief that pricing is neither the time nor place for surprises. We supply clients with estimated pricing before we start on any project.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Pricing is quoted project-by-project. Invoices are sent following the completion of the design work based on pricing quoted.

NOTE: 10% deposit required prior to graphic design work for first-time customers.

PRINTING

Invoices are sent upon delivery of printed material. If graphic design is combined with printing, we will invoice both services together.

NOTE: payment required prior to print production for first-time customers.

WEBSITE DESIGN

Pricing is quoted project-by-project. Web design will require 50% of payment prior to website build. Balance due at completion. This is separate from the fee for the website purchase (domain, hosting, etc.) through Squarespace. You pay Squarespace directly for your domain and hosting, but we will help walk you through it.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

Management packages are available for purchase through our Broadleaf Up program. Management for your website is invoiced quarterly (unless monthly payments are selected). Pricing is based on your Squarespace plan. Read more about our web management services offer here.

I ALREADY OWN A WEBSITE DOMAIN. CAN I KEEP IT?

In most cases, a domain can be transferred from your previous provider to Squarespace and we can help you through that process.  This typically takes place during preliminary consultations.


 

DO YOU OFFER MONTH-TO-MONTH WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLANS?

Maintenance packages are billed quarterly. However, if you only need to purchase one month of website maintenance service at a time, please contact us. Check out Broadleaf Up for standard quarterly rates.
